Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing electrical underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized powerlines and may travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, reporting to the General Foreman.

Essential functions include leading crew members, conducting safety briefings, coaching junior staff, supervising project quality and deadlines, and performing live-line work with PPE.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Perform live-line work using PPE and insulated tools.
• Coordinate work around energized and de-energized lines while following safety protocols.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle heavy equipment.
