Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑mocused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical underground distribution systems. The role involves work on energized and de‑energized lines, with travel to out‑of‑state locations as needed and reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include leading safety briefings, coaching staff, ensuring project quality, and performing live‑line work with appropriate PPE and insulating sticks.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work out-of-state assignments.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew and perform underground distribution construction, maintenance and repair with safety as a priority.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project execution and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot faults.
• Perform live-line work using PPE and insulated sticks.
• Follow safety protocols and proper switching/grounding procedures.
