Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. Travel to job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, may be required, reporting to the General Foreman. Emphasis on safety, training, and quality of work.

The role involves live‑line work, equipment operation, and managing projects to completion under varying conditions. Applicants should be ready for on‑call rotations and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Work extended hours including weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train junior crew members on safe procedures.
• Oversee project quality and meet completion deadlines.
• Perform live-line work with PPE and insulated tools.
• Operate excavation equipment and manage confined spaces.
