Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC in the United States is seeking a Safety‑focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and may travel to different job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, as operational and customer needs dictate.

You will report to the General Foreman. The role requires coaching and training less senior employees, ensuring work quality and deadlines, and performing live‑line work with

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work out-of-state assignments and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Construct and repair underground distribution systems, energized or de-energized.
• Oversee project quality and completion deadlines.
• Perform live line work with PPE and insulated testing tools.
• Coordinate switching, tagging, grounding, and safety procedures.
