Pike Corporation is seeking an Underground Climbing Crew Leader to oversee construction, maintenance and repair of electrical underground distribution systems. The role requires leading crew members, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with procedures while performing physically demanding tasks in various locations.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a working knowledge of underground distribution, plus the ability to train and guide junior personnel and operate related equipment

Formación

• Must be able to climb poles.
• Possesses a CDL and demonstrates safe driving.
• Capable of leading and training lower skilled employees in safe and productive work procedures.
• Working knowledge of underground distribution and related safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises crew members.
• Performs and oversees new construction, maintenance or repair on energized and de-energized underground systems.
• Conducts pre-job briefings and tailgate safety talks.
• Coordinates and inspects crew work and ensures safety compliance.
• Able to perform rigorous physical labor in outdoor environments.
