Qualifications

• Must have CDL and demonstrate safe driving.
• Capable of training and guiding lower skilled workers.
• Solid knowledge of underground distribution systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members and coordinate field activities.
• Lead and train crew in safe, productive work procedures.
• Conduct pre-job or tailgate briefings and plan work from job prints.
• Inspect and coordinate work of crew members and ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot underground distribution problems and ensure safety of energized systems.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools in good condition.
