Pike Corporation in North Carolina seeks an Underground Crew Leader to supervise skilled crews performing construction, maintenance and repair of underground electrical distribution systems.

You will train and guide crews, conduct pre-job briefings, ensure safety, coordinate work, and manage equipment and field paperwork in a physically demanding outdoor environment. Travel across the region and long hours may be required.

Qualifikationen

• CDL required and safe driving.
• Able to travel long distances on short notice.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs+ and working outdoors in all weather.
• Experience supervising underground distribution crews.

Aufgaben

• Supervise crew members during construction, maintenance or repair work.
• Lead and train lower skilled employees in safe procedures.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and coordinate work.
• Inspect and coordinate underground services, duct banks and distributions.
• Maintain tools and equipment and complete required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE.
