Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in underground drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of HDD, potholing, utility locates, and safety protocols.
• Prior experience training or mentoring UG crews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect underground drilling operations.
• Lead on-site training sessions for IH crews.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct jobsite audits.
• Review bore logs and restoration practices.
• Act as point of contact for field-level issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and performance.
• Collaborate with regional directors and project managers.
