Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate damage complaints and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Consider service quality, voltage issues, or landscape damage caused by company equipment or personnel.
• Assist with prechecking jobs and coordinate with stores, crews and supervision to secure tools and equipment.
• Support training needs and coordinate training with technical trainers; conduct distribution line training as needed.
• Inspect and test distribution line tools and equipment.
• Promote safety programs and assist crews with work area protection and ground worker safety.
• Support service restoration activities and other duties as assigned.
• Note that the role may be posted at multiple grades with different education/skill requirements for advancement.
