Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project personnel when needed.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Controls Plan aligned with SOPs.
• Publish weekly and monthly project reports for client and project needs.
• Ensure scheduling and cost control processes are followed and integrated.
• Attend client meetings and provide schedule/cost insights.
• Maintain CBS/WBS alignment and monitor variances and forecasts.
