Job summary

Amgen in Cambridge, MA invites undergrad students to join as an Intern in Operations for Summer 2027. This ~13-week program blends project-based work with experiential learning, including mentoring, training sessions, and networking events.

You will work within the five Operations sub-functions—Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering—leading initiatives and presenting findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and enrolled in full-time Bachelor's program with GPA ≥3.0
• Located in the United States for the duration of the internship
• Available to work full-time
• Expected completion of one year of study prior to internship
• Expected continued enrollment after the internship
• Eligible to work in the United States for duration of program

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables
• Identify the problem and measure the current state using qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Present findings to executive management and stakeholders
• Network with colleagues and participate in ERGs and company activities
• Lead initiatives across the five Operations sub-functions (Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities & Engineering)
