Job summary

Amgen invites undergraduate students to join the Operations team in Cambridge, MA for a Summer 2027 internship lasting approximately 13 weeks. The program combines project-based work with experiential learning, professional development sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and networking events.

Operations encompasses five sub-functions: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
• Must be available to commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally to identify problems, measure current state, and develop recommendations; present findings to stakeholders.
• Network with colleagues across the company and participate in ERG events and activities.
