Job summary

Amgen is offering a Fall 2026 Graduate Internship in Operations in the United States. The 12-week program blends project work with experiential learning, including mentoring, training sessions, and networking events.

You will support five Operations sub-functions—Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering—on initiatives linked to a new advanced technology site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD program for an internship
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university during the internship
• Must not be employed at the start of the internship
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter outlining objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Work cross-functionally to identify the problem, measure current state, and develop recommendations
• Present findings through an intern-wide poster session and final readout to executives
