Amgen’s Operations Graduate Program offers a 13-week Summer 2027 internship designed to solve real organizational challenges and develop leadership skills. Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD internship program and first year completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Complete an internship project within Operations, exploring opportunities and advancing priorities.
• Engage in virtual presentations and networking with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Attend an in-person week at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks headquarters for development sessions.
