Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally to identify problems, measure current state and develop recommendations.
• Present findings to executive management and intern-wide poster session.
• Network with colleagues and access Amgen Employee Resource Groups.
