You’ll earn through performance-based pay with uncapped earnings and a fast track to advancement. We value assertiveness, high emotional intelligence, resilience, and a learner’s mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Formal industry experience is not required.
• Track record of outperforming in sales-related fields.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
