Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience.
• Experience in Home Improvement or Construction is a Plus.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• This Company Participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs.
• Use tools, training, and our sales methodology to build rapport and close the sale.
• Leverage product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish of the project.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to close on solutions that meet customer needs.
