CITY HOME is seeking a Sales Associate for our Florida showrooms. You will be an entrepreneurial team member who drives customer relationships, demonstrates a wide range of home furnishings, and closes sales with supported financing options.

This full-time role emphasizes commission-driven pay with the potential to earn from a modest annual baseline to six figures, based on targets, effort, and market conditions. Expect a dynamic, showroom-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-School Degree or GED required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a full-time 40-hour schedule.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Use of an iPad for training, transactions and inventory checks.
• Ability to guide customers throughout a large showroom for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options.
• Navigate large showrooms; stand on feet 8 hours a day.
• Build personal connections; guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests in finding financing options.
• Convert interactions into sales; create invoices and schedule deliveries.
• Prospect and manage accounts; maintain showroom neatness.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
