Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager to drive growth in a defined Columbus, Ohio territory. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals while leveraging a full suite of aftermarket solutions.

You will work with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing, using CRM tools and strong communication skills to deliver tailored sales plans. This role offers uncapped commissions, a vehicle reimbursement program, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and close deals, with 75% of time in the field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for utility air solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales from lead gen to closing.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts.
• Showcase product suite to maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
• Foster long-term partnerships through interpersonal communication.
• Meet and surpass performance metrics for sales expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and factory reps to increase revenue.
• Strategize and execute tailored sales plans for targeted opportunities.
• Participate in product demonstrations and sales calls to elevate market share.
