Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to drive growth across a defined region, building strong customer relationships and closing deals. You'll manage opportunities across maintenance, engineering, and purchasing while leveraging a full aftermarket solution set.

With hands-on training and a focus on field activity, you’ll become a trusted advisor to customers and collaborate with internal teams to increase revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 2+ years in compressed air equipment sales or 6+ years in industrial sales.
• Must be able to prospect and close deals, with about 75% of time in the field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving to deliver utility air solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with key accounts.
• Showcase our product suite to maintenance, engineering, and purchasing departments.
• Excel in interpersonal communication to foster long-term partnerships.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics to drive sales expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and factory representatives to grow product revenue.
• Strategize and execute tailored sales plans for targeted utility service opportunities.
