Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in technology sales with proven revenue targets
• Strong prospecting, territory management and closing skills
• Ability to forecast monthly/quarterly activity and pipeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication with target audiences

• Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Proactive Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted research and outbound cold calling.
• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical information, deliver Webex presentations and product demonstrations.
• Accurate Quoting and Forecasting: Prepare precise quotes and maintain monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Performance Analysis: Summarize competitor information and market trends for quarterly reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
• Sales Closure and Reporting: Drive closure of deals and report activity to Sales Director.
• Adaptability: Perform additional duties as needed by management.
• OTE/Compensation: 50/50 base/commission structure with annual earnings of $115,000–$150,000
