Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Winston-Salem, NC to connect customers with the right devices and services. You will guide shoppers through options with a consultative mindset, contributing to community events and fulfilling online orders.

You’ll work a schedule that includes 9am–9pm with weekends, and you’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with starting pay influenced by geography and experience. No sales experience? Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends for peak times.
• Comfort with meeting and exceeding sales targets and using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
