Job summary

AT&T in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer conversations, guiding options with a personalized sales approach, and helping customers choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with uncapped commissions and a focus on meeting sales targets. Training is provided for those new to sales, and you’ll join a supportive team using AT&T’s full product suite.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided if you don’t have sales experience.
• Ability to work a schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.
• Stay flexible to evolving technology and customer needs.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals with provided training.
