Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Louisiana. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services, earning commissions as you meet sales targets.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; 40 hours per week with two weeks’ advance notice for seniority-based schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving products to meet customer needs.
