Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Sulphur, LA. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guiding them through options and securing connections with AT&T’s products and services. You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

Expect a 40-hour week, including weekends, with scheduling details provided two weeks in advance. Training is provided, and performance rewards include uncapped commissions based on sales

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events and online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech.
