United Secured Capital is expanding its sales floor and hiring 50 driven closers who are confident on the phone and motivated by uncapped commissions. This role owns the deal from first conversation through funding and renewal, with a strong emphasis on working leads and closing over the phone.

You will navigate gatekeepers to reach business owners, assess funding needs, and secure signed applications and bank statements for funding decisions.

Formación

• 1+ year closing over the phone in a commission-driven role.
• Proven track record: deals closed, funded volume or quota attainment per month.
• Strong phone presence and confidence starting conversations with business owners.
• Proven ability to handle objections and reach decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Work the leads. Call and text through warm, hot and cold leads and call sheets all day.
• Reach the decision-maker and navigate gatekeepers to connect with the business owner.
• Collect the file: get a signed application and the last 3–4 months of bank statements.
• Read statements to spot revenue trends, NSFs and existing MCA positions.
• Present and close: explain amount, terms, payback and schedule; handle objections.
• Follow up and renew: move opportunities forward and seek referrals.
• Keep the CRM current: log every call, document and deal stage.
