Job summary

Groundworks in Springfield, MO seeks an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners on foundation solutions, and close sales with customers within the territory. You’ll work from pre-qualified leads, travel to homes, and build a growing book of business while delivering trusted solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and manage sales pipeline.
