Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. Earn between $60,300 and $100,000 with uncapped commission opportunities. Starting pay depends on geography, experience, and training.

You will visit customers, demonstrate products, and close sales with hands‑on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments. We provide paid training, scheduled appointments, and a company vehicle for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive with a company vehicle for official business use only
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record required
