Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state licensing or driving tests.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to assure quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions to management and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and implement disciplinary decisions.
