Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and relevant licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and security personnel on site.
• Provide direction to officers and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Maintain contract compliance and service quality on shift.
• Monitor and control overtime within designated limits.
• Prepare and review security surveys and incident reports.
• Assist in payroll and related administrative tasks.
• Recommend improvements for security posture and efficiency.
