Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor - Unarmed in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure consistent, contract-compliant service and high-quality protection for the client.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company vehicle
• Might need to meet licensing requirements for the site

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated
• Inspect security personnel performance for contract compliance
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed
• Provide direction and discipline as appropriate
• Respond to client requests and emergencies
• Offer recommendations for cost reduction and security improvements
