Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year verifiable security experience preferred.
• Must follow post orders and write reports.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with personnel.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties
• Cross-training officers to improve versatility and efficiency
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management
• Recommend security surveys and post orders
• Propose actions for personnel under supervision
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training
• Ensure required training and screening elements are met
• Minimize overtime per contract requirements
• Inspect personnel and performance on shift
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys
