The ideal candidate will hold Maryland armed licensing, be at least 21, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, plus the ability to handle crises and operate client-site wireless technology.

Qualifications

• Maryland armed licensing required.
• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and develop technical and professional skills.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles at the account.
