Job summary

Allied Universal Services is actively seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for unarmed bus line / train station coverage in Montebello, California. The role requires driving capabilities and prior supervisor experience is preferred.

Pay rate is $26.00 per hour with weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:30). The Shift Security Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality services on the assigned shift and act as a liaison among site staff, Account Manager, and security

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Driving positions require valid license, clean driving record, and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
