Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a NonUnion @ Union Public Transportation site- Armed in San Jose, CA. Pay rate is $26.76 per hour.

Schedule: Full Time, Evening Shifts (1500-2300), Tue–Sat; Sundays and Mondays off. The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift, act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager, and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have 3+ years in security, military, or law enforcement, or an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
• 40 Caliber Endorsement (CA only) and supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance as per policy.
• Must communicate effectively and write reports and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary guidance within empowerment range.
