Job summary

Allied Universal in Concord, CA is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee unarmed security operations on a designated shift, coordinating with site supervisors, account managers, and officers to ensure high-quality service.

You will supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy, handle crises calmly, and maintain written logs and reports. Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and possess valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license with clean record and driving experience.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain written logs and reports.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
