Job summary

Allied Universal, North America\'s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer in Honolulu, HI, to patrol residential communities and safeguard residents and property. You will maintain a visible presence, provide excellent customer service, and work with a team dedicated to integrity and safety. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour. Shifts include Wed, Thu, Fri overnight and Sun day hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, buildings, and parking lots to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and pedestrian activity per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents or resident concerns and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations to site management.
