Allied Universal, a leading security provider in San Francisco, is seeking a full-time Security Guard for a technology-focused site. You will deliver customer service to staff and visitors, patrol the premises, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents with professional composure.

The role emphasizes access control, badge handling, and clear documentation, supporting a safe, welcoming environment while upholding company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer or tablet proficiency required.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to identify unusual conditions and issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures, maintaining an orderly environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site contacts and responders.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications with a professional presence.
