Job summary

Allied Universal in Kahului, HI is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting to protect clients across Retail/Malls and more. You will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, tenants, and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow site procedures, and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report hazards or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with supervisors, retail personnel, and law enforcement as directed.
