Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs while maintaining a professional presence.
