Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Equipment Inspection in Los Angeles, CA. You will patrol the premises, drive between sites, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining security and safety standards.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to respond to incidents, and adherence to site policies. The position offers stable hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our nationwide security team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, communicating information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the commercial property including exteriors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and property damage.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities per site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.
