Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property including exteriors and parking.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Document patrols and incidents in line with site procedures.
