Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
