Job summary

Allied Universal in Lehi, UT is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Coordination to safeguard clients across retail locations and other sites. You will monitor areas, conduct patrols, manage access points, and provide courteous customer service with a visible security presence.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and comfort using a computer or tablet. Background check and drug screen are required; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a retail location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and patrols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and responders.
