Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following site policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas and surrounding perimeter.
Document incidents, irregularities, and patrol findings in accordance with site requirements.
Communicate professionally with store personnel, customers, visitors, and local responders.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
