Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per escalation plans.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions to site personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift handoff communications per site requirements.
