Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Communications in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor access, perform patrols, and provide courteous service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed by site protocols.
• Assist with maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and support a positive tenant/visitor experience.
