Qualifications

• Must possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to ensure site security requirements are met.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations promptly and accurately.
