Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs/reports.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and public-sector personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas to identify and report issues.
Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and maintain logs.
Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
Document daily activities, observations, and incidents promptly.
