Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for visitor registration and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations, and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports in line with site requirements.
